ATTACK Pr1me is designed to propel motivated basketball players to the next level and to provide the exposure necessary to showcase their talent, while introducing them to situations that will allow them to surpass their conceivable goals.

Pr1me Program Criteria:

– Play on the A or B team with their respective school

– Kids who are too young to try out for a school team must pass an evaluation to be considered for this level of ATTACK

– Have aspirations of playing High School basketball and/or beyond

– Put in additional hours every week to improve skills (either with a trainer/friend or individually)

– Serious players only who are ready for intense mental and physical conditioning and are self-motivated

– At least 9 years old

– 8th grade and younger have to commit to the year round program

    Pr1me Program Curriculum:

    – Strength conditioning/sports performance (7th grade and above ONLY)

    – Will play in elite tournaments locally and nationally

    – Fall Season: skills twice per week for 1.5 hours each, strength conditioning twice per week for 1 hour each, team practice twice per month for 1.5 hours each, 2 tournaments per month

    – Winter Season: skills twice per week for 1.5 hours each, strength conditioning once per week at 1 hour, team practice twice per month for 1.5 hours each with scrimmaging included, 2 tournaments per month (8th grade and below), 9th grade and above no tournament play

    – Spring Season: skills twice per week for 1.5 hours each, strength conditioning twice per week for 1 hour each, team practice twice per week for 1.5 hours each, 1-2 tournaments per month

    – Summer Season: skills twice per week for 1.5 hours each, strength conditioning three times per week for 1 hour each, team practice twice per week for 1.5 hours each, 2 tournaments per month
